I think my question is about trademarks. I want to make a FREE printable with the Transformer logo on it. I am going to MAKE the logo in Illustrator. Is this legal since it will resemble the Transformer logo? And again it will be FREE for birthday parties and such.

That's a tough one. The way I see it, even though it would be free, you have the potential to profit from it via increased traffic to your website. It seems risky to distribute such a printable to the public online (regardless of how much traffic you may have). If it were for your personal use, sure. Of course, I'm certainly no expert on trademark law.

HTH, although I'm sure that's not the answer you wanted to hear. Smiley
